Basic Package

The basic package puts you on the path to marketing and selling your home. It includes:

1. AN EXCLUSIVE AGENCY AGREEMENT that allows you to continue to market your home yourself, affording you the opportunity to find your own Buyer and not be obligated to pay the additional 3% commission to a co-op Realtor. FIND YOUR OWN BUYER, SAVE AN ADDITION 3% COMMISSION!
2. Your house listed on the NKY Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with up to 30 photos.
3. Listed on Realtor.com and many other national real estate sites. Your MLS Listing is automatically picked up by the major real estate sites.
4. 12 Month Listing on the Northern Kentucky MLS
5. Help with pricing your home and advice on market conditions. Our top agents have 25+ years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
6. Assistance in developing, communicating, negotiating and presenting offers and counteroffers until your home is sold.
7. Acting as an intermediary, accepting delivery of all written offers as well as earnest money deposits, and submitting offers to you.
8. Providing a professional yard sign with a metal frame, customized with your phone number so buyers can contact you directly to schedule a showing.
9. Paying cooperating brokers who bring a buyer with an offer you accept, a three percent commission. (NOTE: As the seller you agree to pay Home Listing Service the three percent that we in turn pay the other broker).
10. Providing all contract(s) necessary to complete the sale of your home, including an approved Multiple Listing Service sales contract.
11. Answering your questions throughout the entire process to ensure a seamless sale of your home.

Cost

We can customize a program specifically for you, but most of our customers choose from one of our basic packages.

The cost of the Basic Package Plan "A" is $595 for a 12 month Listing
